You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Fowler is not responsible for quotes, coverage recommendations, or issued policies that are inaccurate as a result of information you provided.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding premium savings, coverage availability, or eligibility. Rates, coverage, and eligibility are determined by underwriting carriers based on their criteria and applicable law.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Fowler Insurance Partners or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or any communications between you and Fowler Insurance Partners (including TCPA-related claims) shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Weld County, Colorado, unless the parties agree otherwise.

You and Fowler each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.

If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 11, exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
